Applications for venue hire at the Ballarat South Community Hub are to be made to Ballarat South Community Hub Governance Group via Ballarat Neighborhood Centre.
An Application for Casual Use form must be completed and signed by the applicant, indicating the hours the facility is required and shall contain an undertaking to comply with the conditions set out in the application.
(Concession rates are applicable only to those events, activities and programs conducted by not for profit community groups and organisations.)
The official Users Agreement must be completed and returned to Ballarat Neighborhood Centre to ensure your booking in processed.
A tax invoice, containing all payment details, will be supplied when your booking is confirmed and payments are to be made to Pheonix P-12 Community College.
Please Note: When deemed necessary, a $200 bond may be required upon signing of agreement. The bond will be returned if no damages occur.
